How to Remove a User from Soma Analytics

Follow these steps to cancel a user’s access and remove them from billing.

  1. Open the main menu

    From the dashboard, open the main menu.

  2. Go to Soma ID Archive

    Select Soma ID Archive to view all users tied to your purchased access.

  3. Find the user

    Locate the user you want to remove.

  4. Click Remove

    Next to the user’s profile, select Remove.

  5. Confirm the removal

    In the confirmation pop-up:

    • Type Remove in the text field.

    • Click Remove again to finalize.

  6. Check your email

    You will receive a confirmation email once the user is successfully removed from the Soma ID Archive and the billing cycle.

Note: Removing a user cancels their access and stops future billing for that Soma ID.
