1. Access the Main Menu
From the dashboard, open the main menu.
2. Navigate to the Soma ID Archive
In the main menu, select Soma ID Archive to view the list of users for whom you’ve purchased Soma NPT access.
3. Locate the User to Remove
Find the user you want to remove.
4. Click ‘Remove’
Next to the user’s profile, click the Remove button to initiate the removal process.
5. Confirm the Removal
A confirmation pop-up will appear.
Type “Remove” in the text field provided.
Click Remove again to finalize the action.
6. Check for Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email once the user has been successfully canceled/removed from both the Soma ID Archive and the billing cycle.
