1. Access the Main Menu

  • From the dashboard, open the main menu.

2. Navigate to the Soma ID Archive

  • In the main menu, select Soma ID Archive to view the list of users for whom you’ve purchased Soma NPT access.

3. Locate the User to Remove

  • Find the user you want to remove.

4. Click ‘Remove’

  • Next to the user’s profile, click the Remove button to initiate the removal process.

5. Confirm the Removal

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear.

  • Type “Remove” in the text field provided.

  • Click Remove again to finalize the action.

6. Check for Confirmation Email

You will receive a confirmation email once the user has been successfully canceled/removed from both the Soma ID Archive and the billing cycle.
