Remove/Cancel a User from your Soma ID Archive

Here are the steps to remove/cancel a user from Soma Analytics:

1. Access the Main Menu: Begin by accessing the main menu.

2. Navigate to the Soma ID Archive: From the main menu, navigate to the Soma ID Archive.

3. Locate the User to be Removed: Within the Soma ID Archive, locate the specific user who needs to be removed.

4. Click on the “Remove” Button: Once you have located the user, click on the “Remove” button associated with their profile.

5. Confirm the Removal:

  • A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm the removal of the user.

  • Type “Remove” in the provided field and click on the “Remove” button again to confirm your action.

6. Receive Confirmation: After confirming the removal, you will receive a confirmation email. This email serves as a notification that the user has been successfully removed from the Soma ID Archive.

The Soma ID has now been removed from your billing cycle. The user will have access to their Soma ID until the end of their current billing cycle.
