Purchasing and connecting a Soma ID is a straightforward process that allows you to access and utilize the full range of Soma Analytics features. Whether you're managing a team of athletes, clients, or simply tracking your own cognitive performance, these steps ensure a seamless experience.
Purchasing Soma IDs:
Access the Soma Menu: Start by clicking on the Soma drop-down menu. This menu provides access to various Soma-related features and settings.
Select 'Purchase Soma-IDs': Within the Soma drop-down menu, you'll find the option to 'Purchase Soma-IDs.' Click on this option to proceed.
Specify the Quantity: A dialog box will appear, allowing you to enter the number of Soma IDs you need. Simply type in the desired quantity.
Click 'Purchase': After specifying the quantity, click the 'Purchase' button to complete the transaction. You will be prompted to confirm your purchase.
Congratulations! You have successfully purchased Soma IDs, enabling you to connect with users and access their cognitive data.
⚠️ Important
Purchasing Soma IDs through Soma Analytics permits logging in on any iOS device, providing greater flexibility. In contrast, if your athlete buys their own access via iTunes, they need to log in using the device they initially registered with because the subscription is linked to their iTunes account.
Connecting to a User:
Access the Soma Menu: Begin by clicking on the Soma drop-down menu to access the necessary options.
Select 'Soma ID Archive': In the Soma drop-down menu, find and select the 'Soma ID Archive' option. This section stores Soma IDs associated with users.
Copy the Soma ID: Locate the specific Soma ID you wish to connect with and copy it to your clipboard. You will need this ID to establish a connection with the user.
Add a User: To connect with the user, click the 'Add User' option within the Soma ID Archive. You will be prompted to enter the user's Soma ID.
Paste the Soma ID: Paste the Soma ID you previously copied into the provided field.
You are now successfully connected with the user, and you can begin accessing their cognitive data and monitoring their performance.
Assigning Soma IDs:
After the purchase of a Soma ID, it should be allocated to the respective user. The user can then proceed to download the Soma NPT application from their app store. When they launch the app, they need to input their Soma ID into the specified field on the login screen. This process requires no further personal details. All user data will be associated with their unique Soma ID, enabling tailored program distribution directly to that individual.
