How to Check an Athlete’s Training Progress

There are two ways to check an athlete’s progress: use Profile View for a quick glance, or Full View for a detailed breakdown.

Profile View

The Profile View shows a progress ring around each user’s profile image. The ring fills as their plan advances. For example, a user at 89% completion will see a nearly full ring.

Full View

Click the plan name to open a detailed breakdown of any user’s progress, including percentage completion and session-by-session results.
