How to track your order
Your delivery time starts counting down as soon as you’ve confirmed your lyrics. When you’ve done this, you’ll be able to see the exact time remaining until your order is delivered on your Order Status Page.
What to do if your order hasn't been delivered
If you haven’t received your song yet and think you should have, then please check your Order Status Page. If there is still time showing on your countdown timer, that means your promised delivery time has not arrived yet.
If your Order Status Page says that your song is ready, this means we have emailed you a link to your Song Page. If you haven’t received this email, you can just access your Song Page by clicking the "Take me to my song" button on your Order Status Page.
How delivery times are calculated
Our delivery countdown starts once your lyrics have been confirmed. As soon as they are confirmed, we apply the delivery speed you chose when you placed your order (2 days, 4 days, or 7 days). You can see the delivery speed you chose on your order confirmation email or on your Order Status Page.
For example, if you ordered your song at 10am on Monday with 2-day delivery, but didn’t confirm your lyrics until Wednesday at 4pm, then your order would be ready by Friday at 4pm.
