đĄ Your song will always be available to play on your Song Page, but saving it to your phone means you can play it anywhere, even without an internet connection.
Step 1: Download your song on your phone
Open your Song Page in a proper browser app (e.g. Safari or Chrome), and tap the download button beneath the song player.
If the download doesn't seem to work, it's usually because the page was opened in your email app's built-in browser. Our downloading guide explains what to do.
On iPhone
Your song is saved to the Files app (look in the "Downloads" folder). You can play it from there any time, with no internet needed. Just tap the file.
Want it inside the Apple Music app? The Music app on iPhone can't import songs directly, so you'll need to add it from a computer once. After that, it syncs to all of your devices automatically. Our Apple Music guide walks you through it step by step.
On Android
Your song is saved to your Downloads folder. You can play it from your Files app, and most music player apps will find it automatically.

Why we recommend it
Playing the downloaded file is the most reliable way to play your song, especially over Bluetooth or in the car, where streaming from a web page can sometimes skip.
