Pitching a release is the easiest way to pitch an album in your catalog. You can pitch a release directly from the release page itself or you can add any release to a pitch that you're currently working on.

Releases look and behave similarly to playlists on a pitch page, but more release related information is displayed on the page like Artist, Label, Release Date, Genres, and Tags.

There are a few ways in which you can pitch a release:

Directly from the release

1. Navigate to the Releases tab of your catalog.

2. Double-click the release that you want to pitch to open it.

3. Click the Pitch release button.

4. Fill out the fields in the pitch creation modal as you need to, select your pitch settings, and click Create & Get Link. Or, if you need to customize the pitch further, click Customize.

From the releases tab in your catalog

1. Navigate to the Releases tab of your catalog.

2. Right-click the Release that you want to pitch and click Pitch release...

3. Fill out the fields in the pitch creation modal as you need to, select your pitch settings, and click Create & Get Link. Or, if you need to customize the pitch further, click Customize.

Adding a release to a custom pitch

1. Create a custom pitch as you usually would.

2. Navigate to the Releases tab of your catalog.

3. Drag & drop the Release into the pitch drawer OR right-click the Release and click Add to pitch.
