Once you know how to add a status to a song, you'll likely need to know how to change that status in case there is any update on it. There are a few ways to edit a status on a song:
Via song project
1. Open a song by clicking directly on its title or by double-clicking its row in your catalog.
2. Click directly on any status under the song's title - this will display a list of all associated statuses.
3. Click the More / 3 dots button next to the status you'd like to edit.
4. Click Change status...
5. Use the status drop-down menu to select a new status.
6. Click Save.
Via catalog view
1. Make sure you have Statuses added as a catalog column header - if you don't know how to do that, click here to learn how.
2. Click on any status associated to the song you're wanting to edit - this will display a list of all associated statuses.
3. Hover over the status you'd like to edit and click the More / 3 dots button.
4. Click Change status...
5. Use the status drop-down menu to select a new status.
6. Click Save.
Via Project MGMT
1. Go to Project MGMT.
2. Double-click on any Project to open it.
3. In the Song statuses area of the Project, click the More / 3 dots button next to the status you'd like to edit.
4. Click Change status...
5. Use the status drop-down menu to select a new status.
6. Click Save.
