Audience Insights gives you a deeper look at who your fans are — where they're located, how engaged they are, and what else they're listening to — based on their activity through your Sonikit project.
Where to find it
Click Audience in the left sidebar of your Sonikit dashboard to view your Audience Insights.
What's included
Audience growth. A line chart showing your audience size over time.
Map. A map showing where your fans are located.
Engagement. A metric and percent change for new fans, returning fans, SMS opt-ins, and email opt-ins.
Fans are also listening to. An affinity breakdown of the top 5 artists and tracks your fans listen to, based on their streaming behavior.
Reach. A half-doughnut chart showing how your fans can be reached — your total fan count, the percentage of "reachable" fans (opted into email or SMS), and a breakdown of reachability by email, SMS, or both.
Top locations. A list of your top fan locations, with a toggle to switch between country and city level.
Behavior. A half-doughnut chart breaking down fan engagement levels — Superfan, Engaged, and Casual — based on how often fans return and interact.
Streaming services. A half-doughnut chart breaking down which streaming services your fans use.
