✅ Requirements

To assign a partner to an Instagram account via the Meta Business Manager, there are several requirements that must be met:

  • You must have a Meta Business Manager account set up and connected to the Instagram account you want to assign a partner to.

  • The partner you want to assign must have a Meta Business Manager account as well.

  • You must have the necessary permissions to manage the Instagram account and assign partners to it within the Meta Business Manager.

  • The partner must have the necessary permissions to perform the tasks you are assigning them to, such as managing ads or creating content.

  • The partner's Business ID or Partner ID must be entered correctly in the Meta Business Manager when assigning them to the Instagram account.

  • The Instagram account must be an Instagram Business Account, not a personal account.

  • The partner's Instagram account must be linked to their Meta Business Manager account.

Meeting these requirements will enable you to successfully assign a partner to an Instagram account via the Meta Business Manager.

👉 Step by Step

To assign a partner to an Instagram account via the Meta Business Manager, you can follow these steps:

  • Go to the Meta Business Manager and log in with your account credentials.

  • Navigate to the "Business Settings" section, then choose "Accounts" and "Instagram accounts".

  • Select the Instagram account that you want to assign a partner to from the list of connected accounts. In this case, there is only one account which is @soprism.

  • Click on the "Assign Partner" button in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Enter the partner's Business ID or Partner ID and select the level of access you want to grant to the partner ("Ads" and "Insights", in order to work within the SOPRISM platform) and click "Next."

Once you have completed these steps, the partner will be able to access the Instagram account through their own Meta Business Manager account and perform the tasks you have granted them permission to do.

👉 On his own Business Manager, the partner will now have in addition to his own Instagram account, another account. In this case, you will see the mention "SOPRISM owns this".
