βœ… Requirements

You must have an instagram business or creator account linked to your Meta business account.

πŸ‘‡ Follow the steps below

  • Connect to your Meta Business manager

  • Go to the β€œAudiences” area and select β€œCreate Audience”, then choose β€œCustom Audience”

  • Here you can choose your data source aka. your instagram business account for which you have the rights.

  • Here you can choose between a few events that will determine your Custom audience.

  • And finally choose your retention days. This option is very useful when analyzing an important momentum (e.g. before or after the launch of a campaign, a product, etc.).

  • You can choose to "include" or "exclude" another Instagram account. This feature is useful if, for example, you have a brand that has several instagram accounts for different products, you are then able to differentiate or associate the two or more Custom audiences.

  • The next step is to "Name" and "Create" your audience.
