We don't have the concept of "pausing" visits but you can push out all visits to a later date if, for example, you need to take a couple weeks off.

NOTE - if you just want to take off a day or two, you can also move individual visits and jobruns as described in this article.

To push out ALL visits to a later date, click the Shift schedule link in the "Tools" dropdown on the schedule as shown below.

You will then be prompted to select the date of the visits to push out and the number of days to push them out.
