Here’s what to do:
Bring your receipt and Travel ID
A UNIQLO staff member will check your original passport or Travel ID and your purchase receipt.UNIQLO creates your Tax Free order
Once your details have been checked, the staff member will create a Tax Free order for your purchase and give you a 6-digit claim code. They will also attach a Tax Free sticker to your receipt.Continue in the Pie VAT app
Download or open the Pie VAT app and enter your 6-digit claim code to access your order.Complete your claim before leaving the store
Follow the steps in the app to add your travel details and Travel ID, upload a photo of your receipt, and submit your claim.
Once submitted, your claim will be reviewed. When it’s ready, your airport validation barcode will appear in the Pie VAT app.
Keep your receipt and purchased goods with you. You’ll need to complete Customs validation when leaving the EU before your refund can be processed.
