Once your Tax Free claim has been successfully validated and approved, your refund will be available in your Pie Wallet in the Pie VAT app.
From your Pie Wallet, you can choose how you would like to receive your money.
How do I withdraw my refund?
Open the Pie VAT app and tap Refund.
Tap View wallet.
Add your preferred withdrawal method.
Select your preferred currency. If your currency is not available, select EUR or USD.
Enter your bank account or card details.
Tap Withdraw refund and then Submit.
Once submitted, your money is on its way. Transfers typically take 5–10 business days to arrive.
Important
Your refund is not automatically transferred from your Pie Wallet. Make sure you add a withdrawal method and select Withdraw refund to receive your money.
You can follow your refund and withdrawal status directly in the Pie VAT app.
