You must complete and pay for your purchase before starting your Tax Free claim.
Once you have paid:
Keep your purchase receipt.
Go to the Tax Free Area with your receipt and original passport or Travel ID.
A UNIQLO staff member will check your receipt and Travel ID and create a Tax Free order for your purchase.
You’ll receive a 6-digit claim code to continue your claim in the Pie VAT app.
Follow the steps in the app and submit your claim before leaving the store.
