Once the store has created your Tax Free order, you’ll receive a 6-digit claim code.
To access your order:
Open the Pie VAT app and log in to your account.
Enter the 6-digit claim code you received in store.
Your Tax Free order will appear in the app.
Follow the steps to add your travel details and Travel ID, upload your receipt, and submit your claim.
Have more than one receipt? Each receipt is a separate Tax Free order and will have its own 6-digit claim code.
If your claim code doesn’t work or you can’t find your order, ask a store staff member for help before leaving the store.
