To print shipping labels in-store, you’ll need a compatible thermal printer and the correct type of label rolls. Below are the requirements and recommendations to ensure smooth printing.

🖨️ Printer Requirements

You’ll need a direct thermal printer that supports 100 mm x 150 mm (4” x 6”) labels.

Many of our customers use models such as the Zebra ZD421, and we have experience supporting setup and troubleshooting for this printer.

Note: While we don’t require any specific brand, using a reliable direct thermal printer will help ensure consistent results.

🏷️ Label Specifications

Make sure your shipping labels meet all of the following criteria:

  • Direct thermal labels

  • Size: 100 mm x 150 mm (approx. 4” x 6”)

  • Compatible with Zebra-style direct thermal printers (if you decide to use a Zebra printer)

  • Inner roll core diameter: At least 4 cm

We've previously purchased suitable labels from Amazon, but availability can vary. Any labels meeting the above specs should work with compatible printers.

If you’re unsure about compatibility or need help with setup, feel free to reach out to our support team.
