Hardware Setup Overview
The diagram below depicts an ideal implementation of the hardware components used to support the installation of SparrowQueue in-store.
We recommend discussing any hardware requirements you might have with your IT service provider or an AV integrator when purchasing SparrowQueue.

Preparing for Onboarding
To facilitate a smooth setup, please ensure:
All LED signage and computers have been installed and are functional before our training date.
Installation and training sessions are scheduled during low-traffic hours as much as possible to minimise disruption.
All integral staff are available on the day for in-situ training.
