In the case that SparrowHub isn't loading or displays an error (similar to the error pictured below), there are two simple methods to help you troubleshoot - doing a hard refresh and clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
Please follow the steps below and if the problem persists, reach out to us for further assistance.
Step 1: Hard Refresh
A hard refresh forces your browser to load the most recent version of that page. This troubleshooting method will resolve most issues, particularly as we release new features to SparrowHub.
Windows
Press
Control
+Shift
+R
Or, press
Control
+F5
Mac
Press
⌘ Command
+Shift
+R
Or, press
Shift
+Refresh
(refresh/reload button in the browser)
Step 2: Clear Cache & Cookies
Your browser saves certain information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing the cache and cookies can fix certain loading issues.
If you are not using Chrome as your browser, please google the best way to clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Google Chrome
Within Chrome, press the three dots in the top right-hand corner
Press Delete browsing data
Choose a time range (e.g. last hour or all time)
Select the types of information you want to remove
Press Delete data
Please note that this might log you out of some sites.
