If you receive an error when processing a delivery order, it might be because the delivery address entered by the customer is invalid.
Follow the steps below to check that the customer's address is correct.
Step 1
Go to the order that is experiencing the issue
Step 2
Press the three circles in the top right-hand corner of the order tile
Step 3
Press the ‘Edit delivery address’ option
Step 4
View the address and look for any typos or incorrect details
Step 5
Confirm the address is correct by typing it into Google
Step 6
Fix any incorrect details and press the ‘Save Changes’ button
