With AI Chat, you can quickly:
Create new activity pages
Add media (images or audio)
Set or update the grading method
Generate rubrics
Bulk modify parts of an activity
It’s designed to help you build and update activities faster, all from one place.
Where to find AI Chat
Once enabled, AI Chat appears at the bottom of the activity editor.
You can ask questions or give instructions like:
“Create a rubric for this speaking activity.”
“Add an image to this page.”
“Set the grading method to rubric.”
“Create three new pages for student responses.”
“Add an audio prompt to the first page.”
The AI will then apply the requested changes directly to your activity.
How to Enable AI Chat
AI Chat is currently available as a Beta feature.
To enable it:
Open Account Settings
Click the Beta tab
Enable Builder "Chat Experience"
Once enabled, the AI Chat will appear at the bottom of the activity editor whenever you are building or editing an activity, it will look like this:
