Great deals aren't found in a vacuum, they are the result of team alignment and shared insights. Specterโ€™s Collaboration Layer is designed to bridge the gap between individual discovery and collective action.

โญ๏ธ How to apply Status

To apply status to an entity on the platform, you can harness the quick actions, locations highlighted below:

  • Feed View: On the right side of each card

  • Profile View: Located in the top right corner

  • Table View: Next to the company name

๐Ÿ”Ž Filter by Status

  • Apply Reaction filters: Liked, Disliked, Viewed etc.

  • Stack with existing filter options (e.g., sector, stage) to tighten pipelines.

  • Team-level filters show items reacted to by your Specter org only.

๐Ÿƒ Activity Feed

Within any profile, you can view the Activity Feed to monitor who viewed or reacted to a record and when the action took place.

๐Ÿ“‹ Default lists

  • Specter automatically generates lists based on your team's sentiment:

    • Liked: All items your team has marked as a favourite.

    • Disliked: All items marked as a pass (useful for reviewing previously skipped opportunities).
