Uploaded something and waiting? Here's when it'll actually get looked at. β°
The review window π
11am β 6pm GMT, seven days a week.
Monday to Sunday, no days off. That's when content and account approvals are processed. β
It might happen outside those hours β sometimes things get picked up early or late β but don't plan around it. If you need something approved, work to the window. π·
What goes through review π
π¦ Content uploads β before a listing goes live
π Account verification β social plus passport, before you can take payments
π Certain account changes
What this means in practice π
Uploading in the evening β³
Upload at 9pm and it'll be looked at in tomorrow's window, not tonight. Perfectly normal, nothing's gone wrong.
The posting rule π
This one genuinely matters.
Recurring features need 3 approved posts every 28 days β approved, not uploaded. And approval only happens in the review window.
β οΈ Uploading at 11pm on day 28 does not save you. It won't be approved until the next day's window, by which point your recurring features have already paused.
Post with days to spare, not hours. Give yourself at least a full review window of headroom β two is better. π·
Launch days π
Planning a big drop? Upload it the day before. Then it's approved and sitting ready when you want to announce, rather than you refreshing and hoping.
New accounts π
Verification goes through the same window. Sign up on a Saturday night and it'll be picked up on Sunday. You can't take payments until it's cleared, so factor that in before promising anyone a launch date. π
How long it takes β±οΈ
Most things are handled inside the window they land in.
Some take longer:
β οΈ Verification where documents are unclear or need a second look
β οΈ Anything flagged for additional checks
β οΈ Busy periods β after a big sign-up push, the queue is longer
If something's been sitting for more than a couple of days, message us with your account email and we'll find it. π¬
Speeding yourself up π‘
β
Upload in the morning, so it lands before the window opens
β
Get verification documents right first time β good light, whole document in frame, flat surface, no glare, nothing cropped
β
Describe listings clearly. Ambiguous ones get a second look; obvious ones go straight through.
β
Don't re-upload the same thing repeatedly. It goes to the back of the queue each time and slows you down. π«
β
Post ahead of deadlines, not on them
Rejections π
If something doesn't pass, you're told, and told why. Fix it and resubmit β the resubmission goes into the next window like anything else.
Most rejections are cropping, framing or a rights question. See Content Rules β What's Allowed π‘οΈπ·.
Common questions π€
"I uploaded hours ago and nothing's happened."
Check the clock. If it's outside 11amβ6pm GMT, that's why. π
"Is there weekend cover?"
Yes β seven days a week, same window. Sunday is the same as Tuesday here.
"Can I pay to skip the queue?"
No. Same window for everyone.
"My post won't be approved before my 28-day window closes."
Then your recurring features will pause, and posting again brings them back. Next time, post earlier. π
"Why review at all?"
Because every piece of content going out is what keeps our payments switched on. Reviewing before it publishes is the reason this platform hasn't lost processing. π‘οΈ
"It's been days."
Message us with your account email. Things occasionally get stuck, and we'd rather know. π¬
TL;DR π―
11am β 6pm GMT, Monday to Sunday π
It might happen outside those hours β don't count on it
Approved β uploaded. The posting rule needs approved posts. π
Upload the day before anything time-sensitive
