The best profile on the platform earns nothing if nobody knows it exists. π£
And the mistake nearly everyone makes: sharing the profile instead of the thing.
Link the listing, not the profile π
Every listing has its own shareable link. Use it.
β "Check out my Spenny Piggy" β they land on a profile, browse, leave
β
"New 12-photo summer set, Β£12" + direct link β they land on the thing, buy it
Every extra click loses people. π·
Where to put your link π
π Bio, everywhere β Instagram, TikTok, X, wherever you actually are
π Stories β regularly, not once
π Pinned post on every platform
π¬ DMs, when someone asks for something you already sell
βοΈ Your signature, your Linktree, your website
One link, everywhere, consistently. It also makes you scam-proof β when your audience knows exactly where you live, a fake DM sending them elsewhere is obvious. π‘οΈ
What to actually say π¬
Specific beats mysterious. Always.
β "Exclusive content available π"
β
"12 unseen photos from the summer shoot β Β£12, instant download"
β "Support me π"
β
"Β£8/month gets you a weekly set and first look at everything"
Say what it is, what they get, what it costs. Curiosity doesn't convert; clarity does. β¨
What works π―
Show the preview, not the pitch. A watermarked sample sells better than any description.
Tell the people who already ask. Anyone who's DMed asking for something is a sale you haven't made yet.
Post the progress bar. Content Goals at 40%, 70%, 90% β momentum sells better than pleading. π―
Mention Pay by Bank. "Pay by Bank saves you around 9%." Costs you nothing, saves them real money. π¦
Have a premium option. If your top listing is Β£15, that's your ceiling. π³
Be consistent. Posting once a month and hoping isn't a strategy.
What doesn't π«
β Sharing your profile and hoping
β Vague teasers β "you'll never guess what I've made" isn't an offer
β Posting once and assuming everyone saw it. They didn't.
β Only ever selling. Give people a reason to follow between drops.
β Undercharging. Cheap doesn't read as good value, it reads as low value.
β Waiting until everything's perfect. Your first listing live beats your fifth planned. β‘
Timing that matters β°
π Your first 30 days pay 5% extra on card and Pay by Bank earnings. Front-load your effort β the content you'd have posted in week six earns more in week one.
β° Upload the day before a launch. Reviews run 11amβ6pm GMT, so posting the night before an announcement may not be approved in time.
Refer other creators π€
Β£50 for every creator who signs up through you β paid once they've earned Β£1,000.
Not on sign-up. When the person you brought in is genuinely earning. β οΈ And you have to press the button in your profile once it lands. πΈ
Common questions π€
"How long before my first sale?"
Depends entirely on whether you told anyone. Creators who share properly in week one usually sell in week one.
"Do you promote creators?"
Your audience is yours to bring. What we do is make sure that when they arrive, the payment works, the delivery is instant, and you keep 100% of your listed price. π·
"Should I discount to get started?"
Rarely. Underpricing sets an expectation you'll struggle to raise. Add a cheaper option instead.
"How often should I post?"
Enough to stay visible; at minimum, enough to keep recurring features running β 3 approved posts every 28 days. π
"Nobody's buying and I don't know why."
Check your dashboard for clicks without sales. That's usually the description or the price, not the content.
TL;DR π―
Link the listing, not the profile π
Be specific. What it is, what they get, what it costs.
Show previews, post progress bars, mention Pay by Bank π¦
Have a premium option π³
Move fast in your first 30 days β‘
Make it, list it, tell people. That's the whole job. π£π·
