My account has been hacked

If you think, or know for sure, that your account has been hacked (someone other than yourself has gained unauthorized access to your account), contact the SpinPals Customer Support team, making sure to offer as much information as possible.

Some preventative measures to protect against hacking:

  • Do not open emails from senders you do not know

  • Use strong, unique passwords and change them regularly

  • Always be cautious of requests for personal information

  • Do not share your login details with other people

  • Do not click on strange links

  • Try not to use unsecured WI-FI

  • Check for https:// at the beginning of a website address

  • Do not save your login and payment information on a browser

  • Keep your devices locked

  • If you receive any suspicious contact via SMS or email, disregard it, do not provide any information or click on any links
