Rakeback is designed to reward loyalty and consistent play, giving you extra value every time you spin or wager.
Your eligibility and rakeback percentage are determined by your SpinPals Loyalty Tier and you MUST be a SpinPals VIP Member to access.
As you play more games on SpinPals, your loyalty tier increases. Higher tiers unlock higher rakeback percentages, which are automatically applied to your account once achieved.
Rakeback is calculated based on your total play and your loyalty tier’s rakeback percentage. You can view your current rakeback % in your VIP Page tab.
Your rakeback percentage determines the amount of Sweeps Cash you accrue as a rakeback bonus each time you play a game.
Rakeback = Amount of SC accrued as rakeback = amount played * house edge * rakeback percentage
To receive your accrued rakeback, you must redeem it. You can redeem your accrued rakeback as often as you'd like.

Click the Rewards tab and select Rakeback
Click Claim Rakeback
You can redeem your rakeback as often as you like.
There is a playthrough requirement for any Sweeps Cash received from rakeback bonuses, which means you must use the amount of Sweeps Cash you receive to play games at least once before you can redeem it for prizes.
