We offer and support our app only in a limited number of countries but it should work in most countries all over the world when you travel.

Your devices need a good internet connection and the app uses data. Preferrably connection via WiFi instead of mobile data.

Some countries may block some internet traffic. This can lead to unexpeced problems. Try using a VPN to your home country if you suspect that the connection is blocked or slowed.

Since our app needs to communicate with the servers for every measurement, the latency until the measurement result arrives will increase. You may notice more delay during the live measurement. The quality of the measurement results is not affected by this.

Besides the internet connection, the light quality may be lower. We need flicker free light for good measurement. Some cheap light sources flicker too much and then the spin measurement does not work reliably.
