How to Deactivate or Close Your Splash Sports Account

You can deactivate or close your Splash Sports account at any time through your account settings. Here's how.


How to Deactivate Your Account

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the Splash Sports homepage.

  2. Select My Account from the dropdown menu.

  3. Scroll down to Login Settings.

  4. Click Deactivate Account and follow the prompts.

What Happens to Your Data

When you close your account, some data may be retained for a limited time to comply with applicable laws and protect against fraud. Common Questions

What's the difference between deactivating and deleting my account? Deactivating makes your account inactive but preserves your data. Deleting permanently removes your account, subject to the data retention policy above.

Can I use the same email to create a new account after deleting? Once a paid account is permanently deleted, the same email and personal details can't be used to create a new account, to maintain platform integrity.
