Overview
If your Splash Sports account has been deactivated — either by you accidentally or through a self-closure — here's what you need to know about getting it back.
Accidentally Deactivated Your Account?
If you deactivated your account by mistake and want it restored, email support@splashsports.com from your registered email address and let us know. Our team can reactivate your account. Include:
Your account email address
A brief note that the deactivation was unintentional
Deleted Your Account?
If your account was fully deleted, it cannot be restored. Deletion is permanent — your account data, contest history, and any associated balance cannot be recovered. If you'd like to use Splash Sports again, you would need to create a new account.
⚠️ Note: Splash Sports has a one-account-per-person policy. If your deleted account had a verified identity on file, contact support@splashsports.com before creating a new account to avoid any compliance issues.
Self-Exclusion or Responsible Gaming Closure
If you voluntarily closed your account through the Responsible Gaming tools (such as a self-exclusion or cooling-off period), that closure cannot be reversed early. The restriction will lift automatically when the period you selected expires.
If you're unsure which type of closure applies to your account, email support@splashsports.com and our team can confirm.
What About My Balance?
If your account had a remaining balance at the time of deactivation, it is held securely and will be restored when your account is reactivated. If your account was deleted, email support@splashsports.com to discuss your options for any remaining funds.
