Email addresses on Splash can't be changed directly in account settings — all updates go through our support team. Here's how to request a change.
How to Request an Email Change
Email support@splashsports.com from your current registered email address with:
Your current email address
The new email address you want to use
Your full legal name
We may ask you to verify your identity first. Changes are typically completed within one business day.
Important to Know Before Requesting
The new email cannot already be linked to another Splash account
After the change, you'll log in with your new email address
All future emails — including 1099 tax forms, withdrawal confirmations, and pick reminders — will go to the new address
If you signed up via Google or Apple, your email is tied to that provider — contact support to discuss your options
Email changes must be requested by the account owner directly — not a commissioner or third party
Common Questions
Can I have two email addresses on one account? No — Splash accounts support one email address only.
I don't remember which email I signed up with. Search your inbox for any past email from splashsports.com, or try the Forgot Password flow with different addresses. You can also contact support with your full name and we'll look it up.
Is changing my email different from merging two accounts? Yes — changing your email updates the address on your existing account. Splash does not merge two separate accounts. See Account Merging & Third-Party Account Changes.
