Updated yesterday

Everything you need to know about withdrawing funds from your Splash Sports account.

Withdrawal Methods

US users: PayPal, Venmo, Debit card, ACH (bank account), Check
Canadian users: PayPal, Skrill, Check

❌ Apple Pay and credit cards are not supported for withdrawals.
⚠️ Withdrawals are processed via web browser only — not the Splash mobile app.

To use a payment method for withdrawal, you must have previously made at least one deposit of $10 or more using that same method to link it.

How to Withdraw

  1. Log in at app.splashsports.com in a web browser

  2. Click your wallet balance in the top-right corner

  3. Select Withdraw

  4. Choose your linked payment method and confirm

You can also access withdrawals via My Account → Wallet → Withdraw.

How Long Does It Take?

Splash processes all requests Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET (excluding holidays), typically within 48–72 hours. Once approved, your payment provider handles the rest:

  • PayPal / Venmo — Often same day, up to a few hours after approval

  • ACH (bank account) — Usually same day, up to 1–3 business days

  • Debit card — 3–5 business days

  • Check — 10–14 business days via USPS (US) or Canada Post (Canada)

Deposited via Apple Pay or Credit Card?

These are deposit-only methods — you can't withdraw back to them. You have two options:

  • Make a small deposit ($10+) with a supported withdrawal method (debit card, PayPal, Venmo, or ACH) to link it, then withdraw normally

  • Request a check — no new deposit needed. Email support@splashsports.com and we'll arrange it

💡 If your debit card is linked to Apple Pay, depositing via Apple Pay does not automatically link your debit card for withdrawal. Make a direct debit card deposit to link it.

In a Restricted State?

You can withdraw from anywhere in the US and Canada — including states where contest entries aren't permitted. Your balance is always accessible. If you're traveling outside the US or Canada, email support@splashsports.com and we'll help.

Requesting a Check

Make sure your mailing address on file is current before requesting a check — once sent, it can't be redirected. To update your address, contact support before submitting the withdrawal request.

Withdrawal on Hold or Cancelled?

Withdrawals may be paused or cancelled if:

  • Your account needs identity verification (KYC) before funds can be released

  • A recent deposit is still within its clearance period — the deposit may be refunded and the withdrawal adjusted

  • Unusual activity has been flagged by our Trust & Safety team

If your withdrawal was cancelled, you'll receive an email with details and any refund will go back to your original payment method.

Troubleshooting

  • Withdraw option is greyed out — You haven't made a qualifying deposit ($10+) with that method yet

  • Funds went to the wrong account — Withdrawals always go to the same account used for your deposit. Check Transaction History to confirm which account is linked

  • Withdrawal delayed beyond 72 business hours — Check My Account → Transaction History for status, then contact support if still unresolved

Viewing Withdrawal History

Go to My Account → Transaction History for a full record of all withdrawals, deposits, entries, and payouts.
