What deposit methods does Splash Sports accept?
Splash Sports currently accepts the following deposit methods:
Debit card
Credit card
ACH bank transfer
PayPal
Venmo
The minimum deposit is $10 USD. Credit card deposits may incur an additional processing fee.
My deposit failed — what should I do?
If your deposit didn't go through, try the following:
Verify your card or bank account details are entered correctly.
Check that your card has sufficient funds and is not blocked for online gaming transactions (some banks block these by default).
Try a different payment method.
Disable any VPN or location-masking tools, as these can cause payment failures.
If the issue persists, contact your bank to ensure transactions from Splash Sports aren't being blocked, then reach out to us at support@splashsports.com.
Can I use multiple funding sources?
Yes. You can add and use multiple payment methods on your account. For example, you can deposit via debit card and also have PayPal linked. To manage your payment methods, go to your account settings and look for the Payment Methods or Wallet section.
Note: When withdrawing, you can generally only withdraw to a method you have previously used to deposit.
I see a charge I don't recognize — what do I do?
If you see an unfamiliar charge on your bank or card statement, here's how to investigate:
Check your Splash Sports account transaction history (avatar > Account Settings > Transactions).
Charges from Splash Sports may appear on your statement as "Splash Sports," "Splash Player Reserve," or a related merchant name.
If you have multiple Splash accounts or shared a payment method with another user, verify whether the charge belongs to a different account.
If you still can't identify the charge, contact us at support@splashsports.com with your account email and the date and amount of the charge. We'll investigate promptly.
How long does it take for my deposit to appear?
Debit card, credit card, PayPal, and Venmo deposits are typically instant or near-instant. ACH bank transfers can take 2–5 business days to process and reflect in your Splash wallet.
Where is my money held?
All player funds are held in a separate, secure bank account through Splash Player Reserve, LLC, via MVB Bank — the same banking partner used by FanDuel. Splash Sports cannot access these funds. Your money is safe and segregated from Splash's operating accounts.
