I Deposited with Apple Pay — How Do I Withdraw?

Apple Pay is a deposit-only method on Splash Sports. Here's how to withdraw your funds if Apple Pay is the only method you've used.

Overview

Apple Pay is not supported as a withdrawal method on Splash Sports — it's deposit-only. If Apple Pay is the only payment method you've used, your withdrawal options won't include it, and you'll need to take one of the steps below to access your funds.

Option 1 — Make a Small Deposit With a Supported Withdrawal Method

The fastest way to unlock withdrawals is to make a deposit of $10 or more using any of the following:

  • Debit card

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

  • ACH / Online Banking

Once you make that deposit, the method is linked to your account and your full balance becomes available for withdrawal through it.

⚠️ Important: If your debit card is connected to Apple Pay, depositing via Apple Pay does not automatically link your debit card for withdrawal. You need to make a direct debit card deposit to link it separately.

Option 2 — Request a Check

No new deposit needed. Email support@splashsports.com and ask for a check withdrawal. Checks are sent via USPS and typically arrive within 10–14 business days.

Make sure your mailing address on file is current before requesting — once sent, checks cannot be redirected. To update your address before submitting, email support with your current and new address first.

How to Request a Withdrawal Once a Method Is Linked

  1. Log in at app.splashsports.com in a web browser — withdrawals are not available in the mobile app

  2. Click your wallet balance in the top-right corner

  3. Select Withdraw, choose your linked method, and confirm
