Why Was My QuickPicks Entry Marked "No Match Found"

If you're seeing "No Match Found" in your QuickPicks entry, here's what it means and why it happened.


What Triggers a "No Match Found" Status?

QuickPicks entries are matched with other users who selected the same number of picks and entry fee. An entry will be automatically voided and refunded if both of the following are true:

  • It was placed more than 48 hours ago, and

  • Two or more picks in the entry have already gone final

Since entries must be matched with other users to form a contest, unmatched entries are canceled and your entry fee is fully refunded β€” even if some picks have already been scored.


Where Can I See These Entries?

Voided entries appear in your QuickPicks > Final tab with the status "No match found" and will be labeled as "Refunded."


What Happens to My Entry Fee?

Your full entry fee is automatically refunded. Splash may occasionally offer credits as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience.


Payout Guarantee Applicability

Protected Payout and Max Payout guarantees only apply to matched contests. If an entry is refunded due to no match being found, payout guarantees do not apply.
