Missing a pick deadline is one of the easiest ways to get eliminated or fall behind.
Here's how to make sure you — and your players — never miss one.
🔔 For Players — Enable Notifications
On the Mobile App (iOS & Android)
Open the Splash Sports app
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
Select Settings
Tap Notifications
Toggle on Pick Reminders and any other alerts you want to receive
Make sure your device's notification permissions are also enabled for the Splash Sports app. If you're not seeing notifications, go to your phone's Settings → Notifications → Splash Sports and ensure alerts are allowed.
On Web (Desktop & Mobile Browser)
Log in at app.splashsports.com
Click your display name in the top right corner
Select My Splash Account
Open Notification Settings
Enable Pick Reminders and any other preferences

📣 For Commissioners — Send Pick Reminders to Your Group
As a commissioner, you can manually send pick reminders to any members who haven't submitted their picks yet.
Log in and open your contest
Go to the Entrants Manager tab
Filter or identify members who haven't made their picks
Select the members you want to remind
Click Send Pick Reminder
Members will receive a notification prompting them to submit their picks before the deadline. This is especially useful heading into a pick deadline — a quick reminder can save players from being auto-eliminated or locked out.
💡 Tips
Enable notifications as soon as you join a contest — don't wait until you've nearly missed a deadline to set this up.
Check your spam folder — if you're not receiving email reminders, Splash emails may be going to spam. Add support@splashsports.com to your contacts.
App vs. browser — push notifications (the most reliable) only work through the mobile app. If you play on desktop, email reminders are your best backup.
