This handbook provides OfficeFootballPool (OFP) commissioners with clear instructions, best practices, and answers to common questions. It also serves as a reference for Splash Support when assisting OFP commissioners on the OFP Interface with their contests.

1. Login Information
Log into your OFP account (email and password) here -https://app.splashsports.com/sign-in?brand=ofp
If you are having issues with logging into your account, you may need to unify your email address since the merge of RYP, Splash and OFP
Click Forgot Password and create a new password
Then you should be all set!
2. Splash Layout
The layout will be different than what you are use to seeing on OFP:
You will see different tabs:
Home: this is where you will see contests that need your attention, restart previous OFP contests, league lobbies and more
Lobby: Is where you will see public contests that are currently on Splash Sports
QuickPicks: Daily Fantasy - Choose More or Less
My Contests: Is where all your active/finalized contests will be under
Your OFP contests will be here
Commissioner: Is where all YOUR CONTESTS that you've created will be (Active/Finalized) and where you can manage each contest
3. Download the Splash Sports App
The Splash Sports App has replaced the OFP App
You can find the Splash Sports App in the ios App Store (iPhone) or Playstore (Android)
Login with your OFP credentials and you are all set!
4. How to Restart Your OFP Contest
Restarting your contest is simple - Go to the Commissioner tab > Final > Restart!
If you want to run your previous managed contest on OFP:
Go through the contest review settings and select "I'll collect entries and handle payouts on my own"
By doing that, your contest will be for entertainment-only purposes and will be on OFP Interface
Everything you are use to before will still be the same on the OFP interface.
Once your contest is setup, you will go through the Pool Wizard and update your contest for the new season.

6. Adding/Removing Entries
Adding Entries: Members create their own entries; commissioners can no longer manually add entries for compliance reasons.
Removing Entries: Go to Pool Admin > Roster > Change Status of Member to Boot
Removing entry by mistake that is already booted > Go to Pool Admin > Rescue Booted
7. Handling Extra/Unwanted Entries
If an extra entry was created by mistake, you can BOOT the unwanted entry
In OFP, you pay for entries with Picks only
After the entry deadline, only commissioners can remove entries.
8. Viewing Entrant Details
Navigate to Pool Admin > Roster
See all entries, entry status, and details.
Export entrant data (if enabled) for offline review.
Send emails
Use the filter tab
Download CSV of your Roster under More
9. Picks & Deadlines
Entry vs Pick Deadlines
Entry Deadline: Last time members can join the contest.
Pick Deadline: Time when weekly picks lock.
Pick Management
Commissioners can make a Manager Pick on behalf of Member by going to Pool Admin > Manager Pick
If needing to Change the Score, Commissioners can do so by going to Pool Admin > Change Score (if applicable)
10. Missed Picks (If Applicable)
Commissioner can go into Pool Settings > Autopicks > Turn On/Off Autopicks & choose logic
Choose Amount of Autopicks given to members
Auto-pick forgiveness (if applicable)

Best practice: Use clear subject lines and avoid unnecessary emails.

Encourage members to whitelist noreply@splashsports.com
Share your pool’s join link outside the platform for easier access.

14. Billing & Payments
Service Fees
Go to Pool Admin > Pay Hosting Fee
Fees are based on total entries at time of payment
Splash-Managed vs Self-Managed (if migrated to Splash)
Self-Managed: Commissioner collects entry fees outside platform.
Splash-Managed: Splash handles payments, payouts, compliance, and tax reporting.
15. Troubleshooting
Invites Not Received
Check spam/promotions folders.
Ask members to search for noreply@splashsports.com
Mark as “Not Spam” to ensure future deliverability.
Picks Not Saved
Reach out to Support at Support@splashsports.com and we can help reivew the pick log regarding a member
Remind members to click Save Picks before deadline.
Member Can’t Access Entry
Confirm correct email is used.
Check Roster to see if entry exists.
Reset password if needed.
