Welcome to Splash Sports! If you're transitioning from our Entertainment-Only (EO) sites, this guide answers the most common questions to help you get up and running quickly. It also provides instructions for commissioners to access advanced tools and functionalities within the Splash Sports platform.

Why can't I access the RYP / OFP dashboard?
All contests are now available on Splash inside the Commissioner Tab. The RYP/OFP dashboard is no longer available but you still maintain access to all your current and previous contests.
Where can I find my active contest?
Commissioners can find active contests by going to the Commissioner tab inside the iOS or Android app, and by going to the Commissioner tab on the Web. All active RYP and OFP contests will show up on the Active tab inside the Commissioner tab.
Locating the Commissioner Tab Across Platforms
Website: Look for the Commissioner tab in the main navigation or dashboard.
In the App (iOS/Android): The Commissioner tab is clearly marked in the bottom navigation of the app.
Mobile Web: Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines at the top right) to access the Commissioner tab.
How do I restart my contest within the Splash App?
Go to the Commissioner Tab. Your previous contests will be under the "Final" tab. Click on the restart button on the contest card.
Can I still run my NFL Survivor Contest for Entertainment-Only (EO)?
Yes! Team Survivor contests for CFB and NFL are available (with the same settings you previously had).
When can I start a new NFL Squares, NFL 33 or NFL Margin contest?
These contest formats are available in the create a new contest flow as Self-Managed contests.
Note: If you've previously run one of these contests, you can restart it by going to the Final Tab of the Commissioner Tab and clicking 'Restart'.
How do I know if my commissioner has restarted our pool/contest?
You'll receive a notification prompting you to join or decline the contest. The invite will remain on your Invites tab until you respond.
You can find your Invites by going to the My Contests tab and then clicking Invites at the top of the screen.
Where did "My Channel" go?
"My Channel" is now called My Profile. You can access it by clicking your avatar > Account Settings > My Profile.
Where is the RYP and OFP App? How do I access my pools?
The RYP App and OFP App have been discontinued. Most RYP and OFP contests are now on the Splash Sports app. You can download the Splash Sports app or access them at splashsports.com
For a mobile web experience similar to an app, you can add the Splash website to your home screen:
iPhone: Open the site in Safari, tap the share icon, and select "Add to Home Screen."
Android (Chrome): Open the site, tap the three-dot menu, then select "Add to Home screen."
Why is there a red dot on my avatar?
A red dot indicates you have new notifications to review.
Where can I find my pick reminders?
Pick reminders appear at the top of the home page. Tap View All to access your contests that need picks.
How do I manage my contest?
Navigate to Commissioner tab > Active, find your contest, and select Manage to access settings and commissioner tools.
Use the chat functionality within the Commissioner tab to communicate with participants directly. Enable or adjust this in the app's settings.
How do I restart my contest from last season(s)?
From the Commissioner tab, go to Final, locate your past contest, and select Restart.
From there, you'll confirm your settings, save your contest, and be ready to send invites!
Can I switch back to the old Entertainment-Only (EO) platform?
No. All contests have been migrated to Splash Sports as part of a major upgrade. All essential settings and formats are available on the new platform.
I can't find the site tour that used to pop up. Where did it go?
The onboarding site tour is only shown once and is not currently repeatable.
Where can I find my old contests?
Go to My Contests and navigate to the Final tab to view your past contests.
How can I access chat functionality in Splash?
Navigate to the chat area within the app, toggle chat to enable it, and start engaging with participants. Note that web support for chat is currently not available โ use the mobile app for the best experience.
Why is a feature I used (like CFL/NFL combo) missing?
You can still create these formats, but they are only available as self-managed contests and are not eligible as real-money contests. Select Self-Managed during contest creation to set up these formats.
Can I run Entertainment-Only (EO) contests that are not for real-money?
Yes โ click "I'll collect entries and handle payments on my own" during contest creation. You'll see options specific to EO features.
