Understanding Refund Policies for QuickPicks and Splash Sports Contests

If you are participating in QuickPicks or standard Splash Sports contests, understanding refund policies is crucial, especially in scenarios where contests do not fill up or are cancelled. Below are comprehensive guidelines to help clarify these policies.

Refund Policies for Partially Filled Contests

QuickPicks contests operate on the principle of group participation, requiring all slots to fill to meet the entry criteria. Here’s how the refund policy works when a contest remains partially filled:

  • If a QuickPicks contest does not get fully filled

  • Refunds for such cases are typically processed after a waiting period, as the system ensures that the group cannot eventually be filled.

Can a Partially Filled Contest Continue to Fill?

Yes, a contest that is only partially filled (e.g., 70%) can still proceed towards full occupancy. As more players with matching entry fees and numbers of picks join, the group may eventually reach 100%. However, this relies on additional player participation and cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policies for Cancelled Contests

If a Splash Sports contest needs to be cancelled because the entries do not meet the required payout structure or participation threshold, all players who entered that contest will receive a full refund. This refund is processed back to the original payment method used.

These policies aim to ensure fair treatment for all players while supporting the dynamic nature of contest participation. If you have further questions about the refund process or contest policies, feel free to reach out to Splash support channels for assistance.
