The 2026 PGA season brings a more flexible commissioner experience across Splash Sports and RunYourPool. This guide walks through each major setting, what it does, and how to use it to run your contest successfully.
Segments Configuration:
Segments allow commissioners to divide their contest into smaller groups of tournaments—like Majors, West Coast events, or custom categories you want to highlight.
What’s New
• You can now add any tournaments to a segment. They no longer need to be consecutive.
• Segments can be named anything—“Major Championships,” “Signature Events,” “Spring Stretch,” etc.
Not Supported
• A tournament cannot appear in more than one segment.
• Segments cannot be deleted once created.
Example
Create a “Majors” segment with only:
• The Masters
• PGA Championship
• U.S. Open
• The Open Championship
Even though they’re spread throughout the season, they can now be grouped together.
