Step 1: Entering a Promo Code
On the first screen of signup, you’ll see a field where you can enter a promo or referral code.
If the code is invalid:
You will receive an error message after clicking “Continue.”
You will need to re-enter a valid code to proceed with the promotion.
If the code is valid:
A confirmation modal will appear after clicking “Continue.”
This modal confirms that you have successfully unlocked a promotion.
Details of the specific bonus will be displayed.
During the Remaining Signup Steps
As you move through verification and account setup:
A confirmation banner will remain visible at the bottom of the screen indicating your promo was successfully applied.
You can click the “i” (information) icon to view additional details about the promotion at any time.
After Account Verification
Once your account is verified, you’ll land on the deposit screen. You will see the promotion confirmation displayed again.

Final Step: Redeeming the Promotion
After clicking “Redeem and Continue,” the promotion will be added to your Promotion Center.
You can access your Promotion Center by:
Clicking the 🎁 Gift Box icon on the Splash App home screen
Clicking the Gift Box icon in the top navigation bar on Web
If you do not see your promotion applied, please contact support so we can review your account.
