My Sign-Up or First Deposit Promo Wasn't Applied

Why a sign-up or first deposit promo may not have been applied to your Splash Sports account, and how to get it reviewed.

If you signed up expecting a promotional bonus or made your first deposit but the credit didn't appear in your account, here's what to check and what to do.


Common Reasons a Promo Wasn't Applied

  • You already had an existing account — sign-up and first deposit promos are for new accounts only. A prior account under any email makes you ineligible.

  • The promo code wasn't entered at the right time — most codes must be applied during account creation or at the moment of deposit, not after.

  • The minimum deposit wasn't met — promos typically require a minimum deposit to qualify (e.g., deposit $10 to receive $10 bonus). Check the promo terms.

  • The promo has expired — confirm the promotion was still active at the time you signed up or deposited.

  • The deposit method isn't eligible — some promos exclude certain payment methods. Check the promo terms for restrictions.

  • You used the homepage instead of a referral link — referral bonuses only apply when you sign up through the specific referral link your friend shared.


Can I Stack Multiple Promos?

No — only one promotion can be applied when creating your account. You cannot combine a deposit match promo with a referral code at the same time.


Can a Promo Be Applied After the Fact?

In most cases, promos cannot be applied retroactively. If you've just signed up and haven't yet made your first deposit, contact support immediately — we may be able to apply it before your first deposit is processed.


What to Do if You Believe You're Eligible

  • Your account email address

  • The promo code or promotion you were expecting

  • The date and amount of your deposit

  • Where you found the promo (email, referral link, social media, etc.)
