A Deposit Bonus is a promotion that is activated when you make a qualifying deposit within your Splash account.
Once you complete the required deposit amount, the bonus is automatically applied to your account.
Key Conditions of Deposit Bonuses
Most Deposit Bonuses include two main requirements:
1. Minimum Deposit Amount
This is the minimum amount you must deposit to activate the bonus.
2. Maximum Redemption Amount
This is the maximum bonus value you can receive.
You can find both of these details in your Promotion Center under the promotion's terms.
Types of Deposit Bonuses
Flat Credit Bonus
Example: Deposit $50, receive $25 in Credits.
Depositing $50 → Receive $25
Depositing $500 → Still receive $25
The bonus amount does not increase beyond the stated value.
Percentage Match Bonus
Example: 100% match up to $100 with a $50 minimum deposit.
Deposit $50 → Receive $50 in Credits
Deposit $150 → Receive $100 (maximum cap applies)
The bonus increases proportionally until it reaches the maximum redemption limit.
Boost
Example: Deposit $50 and receive a 100% QuickPicks Boost.
Boosts increase potential payout multipliers on eligible QuickPicks entries.
No Sweat
Example: Deposit $50 and receive a $20 No Sweat.
If your qualifying entry loses, you may receive a refund in the form specified in the promotion terms.
Voucher
Example: Deposit $50 and receive a $20 Voucher.
Vouchers are applied toward eligible contest entries and function as promotional entry funds.
My Deposit Match Hasn't Appeared — What Do I Do?
If you made a qualifying deposit but your bonus hasn't shown up, work through these steps:
Check timing — most bonuses apply within a few minutes of a completed deposit, but can take up to 1 hour. Refresh your Promotion Center before assuming something went wrong.
Confirm the minimum deposit was met — if your deposit was below the required minimum, the bonus won't trigger. Check the promo terms in your Promotion Center.
Check your deposit method — some promos exclude certain payment methods (e.g., crypto or ACH). Review the promo terms for any restrictions.
Confirm the promo is still active — expired promotions won't apply even if a deposit is made. Check the expiry date in your Promotion Center.
Make sure you're logged into the right account — if you have multiple Splash accounts, the bonus is tied to the specific account the promotion was applied to.
Only one promo at a time — bonuses cannot be stacked. If another promotion was already active on your account, the deposit match may not have applied.
