There are multiple scenarios in which an entry may be voided. All voided entries receive a full refund of the entry fee.
If part of an entry remains unmatched and therefore voided, the entrant will be refunded the proportionate amount of their entry fee.
If one or more players in the entry do not play (DNP), the remaining players in the entry must be from at least two different teams for the entry to be valid. If the remaining players in the entry are all from the same team, the entry will be refunded regardless of whether the selections are correct or incorrect.
If Splash is unable to match an entry, or part of an entry, into a contest, that entry will be automatically voided and refunded.
