QuickPicks: Why was my entry Voided or Refunded?

There are multiple scenarios in which an entry may be voided. All voided entries receive a full refund of the entry fee. Refunds are processed directly to your Splash Wallet.

If part of an entry remains unmatched and therefore voided, the entrant will be refunded the proportionate amount of their entry fee. Groups that do not completely fill but meet a threshold deemed fair for the contest may still be finalized. If the group cannot meet the threshold, the entry fee will be refunded.

  1. If one or more players in the entry do not play (DNP), the remaining players in the entry must be from at least two different teams for the entry to be valid. If the remaining players in the entry are all from the same team, the entry will be refunded regardless of whether the selections are correct or incorrect.

  2. If Splash is unable to match an entry, or part of an entry, into a contest, that entry will be automatically voided and refunded. If a QuickPick entry remains unmatched for more than 48 hours, and at least two picks within the entry have already gone final, the entry will be automatically voided. Voided entries will appear under the "Final" tab in your QuickPicks dashboard, labeled as "No match found." Additionally, there is no fixed timeframe for some cases, such as MLB QuickPicks, where entries may wait for later slates to fill.
