If a player selected in your Soccer / World Cup QuickPicks entry does not start the match, that selection will be graded as Did Not Play (DNP).
How your entry is handled depends on the type of contest you entered:
Top Score Contests
If one or more of your selected players receives a DNP:
Each DNP selection is worth 0.5 points.
Your entry remains active and continues to compete using the adjusted score.
Contest winners are determined based on the highest total score after all picks have been graded.
Perfect Score Contests
2-Pick Entries
If either player does not start the match:
Your entry will be voided.
Your entry fee will be refunded to your Splash Wallet.
The Protected Payout option (if selected) does not apply.
3-6 Pick Entries
If one or more selected players does not start the match:
Any DNP selections are removed from your entry.
Your entry will be downgraded to the appropriate contest size based on the number of remaining active picks.
Your payout will be calculated using the multiplier for the downgraded entry size if all remaining selections are correct.
Example:
You enter a 5-pick Perfect Score contest.
One player does not start (DNP).
Your entry becomes a 4-pick entry.
If your remaining four picks are all correct, your payout is based on the 4-pick multiplier.
Important Notes
A player must start the match to be considered active.
Players who remain on the bench for the entire match or enter as substitutes after kickoff are graded as Did Not Play (DNP).
DNP rules apply regardless of the reason the player did not start, including coach's decision, injury, illness, suspension, or any other circumstance.
Protected Payouts are not available when a DNP occurs.
All Soccer QuickPicks contests are settled using the official statistics provider designated by Splash Sports in accordance with the QuickPicks House Rules.
