How do I cancel my contest entry?
If you need to cancel an entry — for example, if you accidentally entered the wrong contest — contact our support team as soon as possible with:
Your account email address
The name or ID of the contest you want to cancel
The reason for cancellation
Note: Cancellations are not always guaranteed, especially if the contest has already started or a cutoff has passed. Contact us as early as possible for the best chance of resolution.
I'm having trouble joining a contest — what should I check?
If you're seeing an error when trying to join a contest, here are the most common causes:
Wrong link or ID: Double-check the contest ID and password provided by the organizer.
Entry deadline passed: Most contests have a lock time. If the deadline has passed, entries are closed.
Account not verified: Some contests require a verified account. Check your email for any pending verification steps and confirm your email address is confirmed in your account settings.
Payment issue: Make sure your payment method on file is valid and has sufficient funds.
If you've checked all of the above and are still having trouble, contact support with a screenshot of the error and your account email.
My picks aren't showing up — is something wrong?
If your picks or entries aren't displaying correctly, try the following:
Refresh the page or clear your browser cache.
Try a different browser or device.
Make sure you're logged into the correct account.
If the problem persists, contact support right away — especially if it's time-sensitive. Include your contest name and account email so we can look into it quickly.
I entered the wrong contest — can I move my entry?
Entries cannot be transferred between contests. If you joined the wrong contest, you'll need to request a cancellation of that entry (see above) and re-enter the correct one, subject to availability and contest rules.
I joined a contest but never received a confirmation — what should I do?
If you didn't receive a confirmation email after joining:
Check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there.
Log in to your account and check the MY CONTEST tab to see if your entry appears under Upcoming or Active.
Make sure you completed the full entry flow, including any payment steps.
If your entry isn't showing up and you believe you were charged, contact us at support@splashsports.com with your account email and contest name.
