How Do I Join a World Cup Survivor Contest?
To join a contest someone else has created:
Ask your commissioner for the contest invite link.
Click the link and log into (or create) your Splash Sports account.
Review the contest details and settings.
Pay your entry fee (if applicable) and confirm your entry.
Submit your Group Stage picks (Group Stage + Knockout Stage template) or wait for the Knockout Stage to begin (Knockout Stage Only template).
You must join before the entry deadline. Once the deadline passes, no new entries are accepted.
How Do I Create a World Cup Survivor Contest?
To set up your own contest as a commissioner (starting May 21st):
Log into your Splash Sports account.
Navigate to Commissioner → Create a Contest.
Select the World Cup Survivor template — either Group Stage + Knockout Stage or Knockout Stage Only.
Configure your settings (entry fee, lives, team use limit, etc.).
Publish the contest and share your invite link with participants.
Note: All settings can be edited up until 48 hours before the first game of the contest. After the contest begins, no settings can be changed.
Can I Enter More Than Once?
Whether multiple entries are allowed depends on how the commissioner configured the contest. Check your contest's settings or rules page to see if multi-entry is permitted. If it is, each entry requires a separate entry fee and its own set of picks.
What Scoring System Is Used?
Both World Cup Survivor templates use Straight Up scoring — picks are judged purely on which team wins the match. There is no point spread or against-the-spread option for either template.
