If you've run contests in previous seasons and want to re-invite the same group, you can access your past contest member lists directly from your commissioner tools — no need to start from scratch.
How to Find Past Contest Member Lists
Log in at app.splashsports.com on a web browser
Go to the Commissioner tab
Switch from the Active tab to the Final tab — your completed contests from prior seasons will be listed here
Click into the contest you want
Open the Invites Manager
Use the download icon to export the member email list
Can't Access a Past Contest?
If you can see a prior contest listed in your Final tab but clicking into it shows a "not available" or "coming soon" message, this typically happens at the start of a new season before contests are open for restart. The contest data is not lost — it will be accessible again once the season opens.
If you need urgent access to a member list from a prior contest outside of that window, contact support@splashsports.com with your contest name and the season year and we'll pull that for you.
Re-Inviting Members to a New Contest
Once you have your member email list, you can invite them to your new contest in two ways:
Invite Manager — paste or upload email addresses directly when setting up your new contest
Invite link — share your contest's unique invite link and members can join themselves
Members who previously had a Splash account can log in directly — they don't need to create a new account.
