Why Isn't the Zurich Classic (or Other Tournaments) in My PGA Contest? ⛳

Why certain PGA tournaments like the Zurich Classic don't appear in Splash Sports contest schedules, and what formats are affected.

Updated this week

If you've noticed that the Zurich Classic or certain other tournaments are missing from your PGA contest schedule, this is expected — not a bug. Here's why.

Why the Zurich Classic Isn't Available

The Zurich Classic of New Orleans is a team-based event — players compete as two-man teams, not as individuals. Splash Sports' PGA contest formats (One & Done, Tiers, and others) are built around individual player scoring. Because the Zurich doesn't have individual scores, it's not compatible with how our contests work and cannot be included in your schedule.

This isn't something that can be manually added or overridden — if a tournament doesn't appear in the tournament list on Splash, it means it's not currently supported.

Other Events That May Not Appear

The Zurich Classic is the most common example, but other tournaments may also be absent for similar reasons:

  • Team-format events — any tournament where players compete in pairs or teams rather than individually

  • Unofficial money events — some events on the PGA schedule don't count toward official FedEx Cup standings and may not be included

  • Events added or rescheduled mid-season — occasionally a tournament's status changes after the season schedule was locked on Splash

For One & Done contests, you can also review which tournaments are included in your contest at any time under the Schedule tab in your contest view.
