Instead, your game mode is now selected directly from the entry slip using the checkbox option.
How do I know which game mode I selected?
Your game mode is determined by whether the checkbox is highlighted:
Highlighted checkbox = Perfect Score entry
Checkbox not highlighted = Top Score entry
What’s the difference between the game modes?
Perfect Score
With Perfect Score, your payout is guaranteed if all of your picks are correct. If there is a push, tie, or voided pick, your payout may downgrade depending on the remaining valid picks.
Top Score
With Top Score, you compete against other entrants in the contest. You can still win even if you miss picks, as long as your final score is higher than everyone else’s.

In the example below, the highlighted checkbox indicates the entry is set to Perfect Score mode.
