Marketplace offers can move through several different statuses.
Live
Your offer is open and the buyer's funds are being held in escrow.
Countered
The seller has proposed a different price or share percentage. The buyer can review the new terms and accept or decline them.
Accepted
The offer has been accepted and the transaction settles immediately. The share transfers to the buyer and the seller receives their proceeds. The transaction is final.
Declined
The seller declined the offer. The buyer's escrowed funds are released back to their wallet.
Expired
The offer expired before it was accepted. The buyer's escrowed funds are released.
Canceled
The buyer withdrew the offer before it was accepted. The escrowed funds are released.
